Usually, you can receive between 1000 woven labels to 5000 woven labels depending on the design, material, size, finish, etc. If you have different contents, sizes, care instructions, etc. for a label design, the minimum order amount may be higher. -The minimum order for print labels is 5000 labels. Price will depend on design, material, size, finish, etc. -The minimum order for hang tags is 1000 hang tags. Price will depend on design, paperstock, size, finish, etc. *******For larger quantities of labels, the per unit price will be lower than with the minimum order pricing.********* | | | What is the turn around time for the production of labels? | | It varies depending on the quantity of labels ordered. Normal turn around time is 4 to 10 business days. Express shipping may be available upon request. If you are on a deadline, we will make every effort to help you meet your deadline but we can not guarantee specific delivery/shipping dates due to possible unforseen circumstances. For more details, please feel free to call us. | | | | Do you charge sample fee? | | Effective May 13, 2010, all woven label samples will require a $60 deposit for one-time sampling. If you place an order after approval of the sample, the $60 deposit will be credited towards the total balance of the order. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and all woven label samples are for color and design approval purposes. Please note that sample fees for these items is a one-time sampling fee that is not refundable and will not be credited towards your total balance. | | | How are the labels delivered or shipped? | | | Labels can be picked up at our office or shipped via UPS ground or FEDEX from our Los Angeles office. Shipping and handling costs are separate. If you have a UPS or FEDEX account, we can charge shipping directly to your account. If the shipping address is within our delivery area, we can deliver your order for no additional charge. | | | | What is your payment options? | | Once we receive a signed and dated approval of the sample or design layout, we request a 50% deposit for factory processing fees. When your goods are in our main office and ready for pick up/delivery/shipping, we request the remaining balance (including all shipping costs) to be paid in full before the goods can be picked up, delivered, or shipped. Deposits or balances may be paid with cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note, if paying by check, we must wait for the check to clear before we start production or ship the goods. Peace Label USA, Inc. does not keep customer credit card numbers on file. Please keep vector images clean with the actual sizes and color information (such as pantone coated/uncoated process color number). All fonts used should be created, outlined, or embedded in the image. You can also send us the original true font type, such as ".ttf" or ".otf".
